All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by September 2, 2017. No refunds will be issued after September 2, 2017. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to: IAS2017@badgeguys.com. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 and will be deducted from each refund. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty. AMTG recipients may cancel the conference registration fee without penalty if the visa is not issued. The copies of the visa application and visa rejection documents must be attached to the cancellation request.
